Sexual harassment based on sex is defined for this policy if any one of the following applies:

  • Any unwelcome conduct that a reasonable person would find so severe, 有说服力的, and objectively offensive that if it denies a person equal educational access.

The policy applies to sex discrimination occurring against a person in the United States.  Offenses outside of the United States will be heard under the Student Conduct Procedures.

    The investigators carry out investigations for student and employee cases.  While team members primarily hear cases for either employee or 学生, they can hear any cases regardless if the respondent is an employee or student.
